Most corals also contain zooxanthellae (pronounced zo-zan-thel-y), a single-celled algae that live inside the coral animal and help to supply it with food. Corals belong to the group of animals (Cnidarians) that also include anemones, jellyfish, bluebottles and hydroids and the coral polyp is a small tube-like structure, with a central space opening via a mouth. The Great Barrier Reef Located in the Coral Sea, off the coast of Queensland in northeast Australia.The Great Barrier Reef is made up of many millions of tiny organisms, known as coral polyps. The Great Barrier Reef is a beautiful place.

It is conspicuous in the beautiful landscape presented by that bay, when seen from the sea, with Naples in the foreground. Mount Vesuvius is on the coast of the Bay of Naples, about nine kilometres (six miles) east of Naples and a short distance from the shore. The two other volcanoes in Italy, (Etna and Stromboli) are located on islands.

It is the only volcano on the European mainland to have erupted within the last hundred years, although it is not currently erupting. Mount Vesuvius (in Italian Monte Vesuvio and in Latin Mons Vesuvius) is a stratovolcano east of Naples, Italy.
